Wendy Luna was selected to participate in the prestigious Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Mentor Program. She is one of only 19 applicants in California accepted into the program.

Wendy has been working in the position of Computer Technician for the past five years for the Modoc County Office of Education. She provides technology support for all office of education staff and coordinates the planning and growth of technology with school administrators. Wendy’s efforts have improved and standardized desktop equipment. Also, she was instrumental in upgrading the server room to provide safer and faster internet service to schools in the county.

The CTO Mentor Program raises the bar for technology leaders and creates a community of support through mentorship and collaboration. It is an innovative training program that prepares leaders to inform, support, and drive efforts to improve teaching, learning, and educational administration.

Congratulations, Wendy, on your acceptance into this program!
