Gary L. Jones, County Superintendent Mr. Jones began his teaching career in Modoc County in 1989. He has held teaching and administrative positions in two local districts. Gail Eppler, Administrative Assistant California Classified Employee of the Year 2008 - Runner Up Gail has served the Modoc County Office of Education since 1975. She has been an administrative assistant or secretary to seven of Modoc County's Superintendents.
